Twenty great paintings including the Luminous Mysteries give life to each mystery. Every mystery surroundings create and produce an atmosphere of being close to Christ with Mary as a companion. Those paintings were donated by some of her devotees from the Province of Cebu. They were pained by Edgar Carabio.
The center was inaugurated on April 28, 2004 in time for Our Lady's feast day.
